I worked my ass off, got much bigger & pretty shredded. Gained 15-20lbs of muscle over over jtwo years hitting it hard. I'm 44, 5'10" & 165lbs, lean. The amount of "friends" that called me a douchebag when I was really happy with the results & posted gym pics to social media was shocking. I got a lot of "why?" questions. I've always been thin & gaining weight is SO FUCKING HARD, that I thought people would be proud of me or at least supportive. But, nope. Even though these same people cheer on any fat person for losing 5lbs. Fit shaming is bizzare.

U also forgot to add that soreness is from micro tears in the muscles so stretching kinda harms the reveal process it’s like sticking two pieces of tape together and pulling them right back apart

If you're trying to build muscle/strength, losing balance won't help. Your body doesn't let you push your body as hard if it thinks you're unstable. This is why stable exercises are better

Ohhh the guy who literally did 10 sets for 60 reps for biceps (probably tore the shit out of them) and claimed how good that is(even tho you literally can't train upper body for 10days) and you STILL DEFEND that nonsense so in comments under the video-just don't, you can't defend doin 10 sets of 60 and stay serious after
Running will get you fitter and more athletic But it will tire you out and can affect other types of training Walking will only burn fat but it's easy HIIT will give you the best results when in comes to performance, it will take the shortest time and be the most fun out of these 3 types. However it will never burn as many calories and it can be really taxing. It's simple math, you will never burn more than 150-200 cals doing a 10min HIIT workout but i's very easy to walk 400cals
